2. CAPTURE / FILTER EXCLUSIVE LEADS

- Visitors go to our landing pages and are prompted to signup to search for homes for sale in the particular communities in the regions that you serve. For example if you selected to get leads for "South Orange County" one user may see "Signup to Search Homes for sale in Mission Viejo, CA" another may signup to search for homes in Laguna Beach etc. Agents are entered into the lead generation queue for leads in specific regions they specified when they signed up/or in the admin area. Each agent, in the queue, will EXCLUSIVELY receive a lead on pay per lead they receive.

- Our system will feature your contact details and portrait(if provided), after a lead is generated.

- Visitors will then be redirected to IDX/MLS search results branded with your contact detail/portrait or a top property search website where they can search for properties in the area. As long as your an active member of the MLS boards where you wish to receive leads in, we will redirect visitors to your ihomefinder IDX search ( provided Free for all MyBizLeads agents and active local MLS members). Users will immediately be able to see property search results based on their specified criteria. By having your own branded IDX search results, you can brand yourself as "the agent to go to" if they have questions while searching or are ready to buy.

- Leads show up in the MyBizLeads.com Admin area and are delivered to you (via email and/or text message) however you've indicated in the signup process. You can change your budget, regions you serve, delivery options in the admin area at any time.
